On Destino, the Imperial forces or "loyalists" had successfully driven off several Crusade assaults, and now largely controlled the system. However the intervention of the eldar blocked their overall control of the system, and on 1802.018M42 the Imperial fleet, now freed from monitoring and shadowing the Crusade, whose fleet had been withdrawn, was able to launch a full scale invasion of "Allarielle's Triumph".
The Novogorod Guard were once again in the forefront of a loyalist advance and landed without incident. However they were soon assaulted by the fast moving forces of the Kel Sandros Eldar. Unable to establish a perimeter against the eldar, who continually launched close and personal strikes into the Guard lines
